Plain English, no legal fog. This page explains what Changenaire (changenaire.com) collects, why, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, shipping address, and email address, collected at checkout so we can make and deliver your order. Payment is processed by PayPal — your card details go directly to PayPal and are never stored on our servers.
When you join the newsletter: your email address, provided by you through our signup forms. Our email list is managed by Mailchimp, which stores your address on its platform so we can send you your free ebook copy of Rebuilding Justice: An Employment-Based House Arrest Story of Redemption and weekly emails.
Automatically: very little. This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which stories and products resonate — pages visited, approximate location, and device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymized, and we never send Google your name or email address. You can opt out with Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. This website runs no advertising trackers. Your browser stores one small preference locally (whether you've dismissed the newsletter popup) so we don't nag you. Services we embed — PayPal at checkout and Mailchimp on signup — may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
To fulfill and ship your orders, to send the newsletter and free resources you asked for, to answer your messages, and to understand in aggregate what content readers actually want. That's it. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers who make the store and newsletter work: PayPal (payments), Mailchimp (email), and our print-on-demand fulfillment partners (your name and shipping address, so they can print and mail your order). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe anytime — every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Ask us what we hold — you can request a copy of your information, a correction, or full deletion at any time. Message us (below) and we'll handle it. If you're in a region with specific privacy laws (such as the EU or California), the same rights apply: access, correction, deletion, and no sale of your data.
Children
This site and store are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and note it in the newsletter.
