Meet Ember
Every movement eventually gets a face. Ours is a flame — small, warm, and always counting.
Changenaire asks a big question: how many lives are meaningfully better because you lived? (The full idea behind it is here.) Big questions can feel distant. They sound like philosophy lectures, not Tuesday morning. So we built something small enough to sit on your shoulder and ask it gently, every day.
Why a flame?
Ember is our brand color brought to life — the ember orange of the C+ mark, given eyes, a smile, and a job. And a flame is the right shape for the idea. Fire spreads. One ember lights another, and another, until a whole room is warm. That's exactly how impact works: one life lifts a few, those few lift more, and the chain never really stops.
There's a second reason. Changenaires live forever. A flame that keeps being passed along never actually goes out. Neither does a person whose work keeps echoing through the people they lifted.
The tally counter
Ember carries a tiny tally counter everywhere. It's not a toy — it's the whole mission in one object. We rank by data and validate by humanity, and data starts with counting. Every click is a life made better: a meal, a mentorship, a door held open at the exact right moment. Ember counts them all, and is quietly certain your number is bigger than you think.
Where you'll see Ember
Explaining the four-dimension lens — scale, depth, durability, verifiability — in short videos. Reacting to each week's Potential Changenaire profile. Counting down to releases. And starting now, on the Ember tee and hoodie, so the question can travel with you.
Say hello. Then go raise your number.
